Navigating Stress, Transition, and Growth
I am licensed marriage and family therapist dedicated to supporting individuals and families through periods of stress, transition, and change. My path into this work was shaped by years of community-based mental health and lived experience, including my role as a coast guard spouse. These experiences inform a practice that is grounded, practical, and respectful of each client’s story.
I specialize in working with military families and individuals navigating chronic stress, anxiety, adjustment challenges, relationship concerns, and the emotional demands of military life such as deployments, relocations, and identity shifts. My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, emphasizing emotional regulation, practical coping skills, and strengthening relationships.
Therapy with me offers a supportive space to slow down, make sense of challenges, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. My goal is to help clients feel steadier, more connected, and better equipped to navigate life’s narrow passages.
I have previously served as a Psychological Health Outreach Program clinician in Southern California with the Marine Corps and as a school-based Military and Family Life Counselor attached to MCAS New River. I have experience serving active duty, veterans, spouses and families from the Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard.
